Sam really came through for us. After day 1, he was the only tech to install Raptor in over 20 locations. His organized, calm, methodical approach kept the project under control at all times...Raptor support is AWESOME!!
I have used Raptor for MANY years, and I have always been treated like I was priority. I was helped immediately and was able to take care of the District log in Raptor issues. THANK YOU!!!
The tech guy was incredibly fast and knowledgeable. Best tech support I ever encountered. From dialing the phone to hanging up was 12 minutes. Awesome!!!
