Confidence in Any Crisis
The Raptor Badge Alert System is a dedicated, campus-wide emergency communications network that enables every staff member to initiate a rapid alert from a wearable device.
The badge operates on a dedicated sub-GHz wireless network, with indoor location powered by Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacons, providing fast, reliable, location-aware alerting independent of district Wi-Fi or cellular service.
Staff can activate an immediate emergency response with a simple button press.

Each alert includes dynamic, floor-level location details, giving administrators and first responders immediate clarity on exactly where help is required.

Powered by a dedicated Long Range (LoRa) network, alerts transmit instantly, even in areas where Wi-Fi or cellular are weak, providing confidence that each activation will be received.

Badge Alert connects instantly with Raptor’s Emergency Management platform, initiating alerts, launching accountability, and starting reunification workflows the moment an incident occurs.

RAPTOR ALERT in Action
product features
Every badge-initiated alert includes a floor-specific location radius, giving administrators and first responders immediate clarity on where help is needed. This added context reduces search time and accelerates on-scene decision-making.
Schools can tailor badge functions to match their safety protocols, from localized Team Assist incidents to campus-wide emergencies, ensuring the right people are notified instantly.
Badge alerts activate multi-channel communication at once, including push notifications, text messages, strobes, desktop alerts, PA announcements, and other connected safety systems through Raptor Connect.

Through the Raptor Alert application and RapidSOS, Badge Alert can send essential incident details directly to 911, supporting faster, more informed response and priority routing during active assailant events.
All badge activity feeds directly into the larger Raptor Emergency Management platform, eliminating siloed systems and giving schools unified reporting, drill data, analytics, and compliance tracking in a way hardware-only solutions can’t.
Raptor owns and maintains every part of the Badge Alert network and provides continuous, 24/7 health monitoring of badges and infrastructure so issues like low battery or network disruptions are detected and resolved before they impact safety.
