Laredo Independent School District struggled to manage clear communication with PA systems, group texts, phone calls, and classroom phones during emergencies. These methods could not consistently reach staff across 31 facilities, especially staff like substitutes, custodians, cafeteria teams, and employees away from their phones.

Improved Emergency Communication Reach and Reliability
Through education-based training, coaching, and follow-up, Laredo ISD built staff confidence and ability with the new system. Approximately 96% of staff now use Raptor Alert or Badge Alert, helping the district reach more employees wherever they are on campus.
