Gray Hall
Gray Hall Chief Executive Officer
Gray leads the Raptor executive team. Gray has been driving growth at cutting-edge technology companies, including Alert Logic and VeriCenter, for more than 20 years. As Chairman and CEO of Alert Logic, a global provider of SaaS cybersecurity solutions to thousands of enterprises, Gray led the company’s growth from less than $10 million to more than $125 million in annual revenue and expanded the organization internationally. Prior to Alert Logic, Gray was co-founder and CEO of VeriCenter where he grew the company from start-up to over $80 million in annual recurring revenues throughout the formative years of the managed hosting industry. Gray has an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Nelson Lins
Nelson Lins Chief Operating Officer
Nelson leads the Customer Success, Technical Support, IT and IT Security teams at Raptor. Prior to Raptor, Nelson was the Director of Technology for RSM McGladrey Global, a global IT and risk management consulting firm. He was also formerly the Director of Global Services and Support for Permabit, a provider of software for data deduplication, compression, and thin provisioning. Nelson began his extensive career in Network Operations, and his career diversity allows him to excel in the fast-paced Raptor growth environment. Nelson has a BS in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University.

Randy Harvey
Randy Harvey Chief Technology Officer
Randy is a technology executive with over 30 years of progressive management and technical experience and leads our Product group. He was recently CTO at IHS Markit responsible for Product Engineering, IT, and Information Security, where he led the company’s transition to a strong Agile & DevOps development culture while transitioning the company to cloud-based solutions. Prior to IHS Markit, he led Product Engineering, Customer Support, and IT at Seismic Micro Technology and successfully positioned the company for acquisition by IHS. Randy has held senior technical leadership positions at Sterling Commerce, Reynolds and Reynolds, Firepond, and OnDisplay. Randy has a BA from the University of Maryland College Park.

Don Schad
Don Schad Chief Financial Officer
Don is responsible for all financial functions of the company. He has 39 years of experience in financial and operational positions that includes over 25 years of international experience. Prior to joining Raptor, Don was CFO of Innovative Interfaces Incorporated, the global leader in library management solutions. Don previously worked for ELM Solutions for 13 years (previously DataCert, Inc.) in various capacities including SVP of Customer Operations, CFO, and CEO/General Manager. Don is a CPA and received his BBA from Texas A&M.

David Rogers
David Rogers Chief Marketing Officer
David leads our Marketing organization and is responsible for growing Raptor’s technology and services in the K-12 Market through the creation of demand programs across all channels, with an overall focus on propelling Raptors' brand reputation as a trusted partner in school safety. He has over 30-years of experience growing private equity-backed and public technology and data companies. Prior to Raptor, David was VP of Marketing at Service Fusion, a private equity-owned SaaS business management platform focused on the SMB Service Industry. David has held other senior leadership positions, including SVP of Marketing for Ministry Brands and VP positions for Product and Marketing at CoreLogic. Prior that he spent 16-years in the semiconductor industry with Intel and Motorola. David has an BA in Political Science from Austin College.

Curtis Ryan
Curtis Ryan Senior Vice President, Sales
Curtis leads our Sales team, helping our customers identify the optimal technology solutions for achieving their business objectives. He has over 25 years of experience growing private equity-backed, founder-led, and public technology companies. Prior to Raptor, Curtis was SVP of Sales at Community Brands where he led a nationwide team providing SaaS and online payment solutions to faith-based and non-profit organizations. Curtis has also held positions as VP of Sales at IntelliMagic and Director of Industry Solutions Software Sales at IBM. He has an MBA in Technology Management from Texas A&M University and a BBA from Baylor University in Management.
