WHY WE COLLECT PII
RAPTOR collects personally identifiable information only in order to create or enhance our relationship with you. When we collect PII from you, it is because you are voluntarily submitting the information to us in order to access our services, or in connection with content or suggestions you submit to us, or because you want us to furnish you with products, services, or information.
(iii) IP Addresses
An IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer when you are using your browser on the Internet. The servers that serve our web site automatically identify your computer by its IP address.
HOW WE USE THE PII WE COLLECT
Your feedback and use of our website help us to improve the content and design of the website. We want to understand more about the needs and interests of our users, so that we can offer goods and services we believe may be most useful. Most portions of the web site can be used without registering or giving us any personal information, such as (but not limited to) your name and email address. However, RAPTOR does collect PII regarding our online users when you provide it to us.
- Requesting access to gated content (blogposts, brochure downloads, etc.)
- Filling out any ‘Contact Us’ form
- Filling out the ‘Register for a Demo’ form
- Filling out the ‘Contact Raptor Support Team’ form
- Sending an email to any of our alias email boxes, such as firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, etc.
RAPTOR only uses information provided to us to assist our users and will not share information with any third parties. We may use or disclose PII if we have a good-faith belief that the disclosure is reasonably necessary:
- To satisfy applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request
- To enforce any agreements we have with you
- To address fraud or security issues
- To protect the legal rights of RAPTOR, its producers, affiliates, parent company, employees, agents, contractors and their service providers, including to protect the safety and security of visitors to our web sites
- For risk management purposes
When you provide your email address to us, you agree to receive email from RAPTOR in response to your inquiry and any informational messages we may send for the benefit of our customers; however, you can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

RAPTOR may use PII in aggregated anonymous forms for research purposes.
HOW RAPTOR PROTECTS THE SECURITY OF PII
USE OF THE RAPTOR WEB SITE(S) BY CHILDREN
(i) Children Under the Age of 13.
RAPTOR does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to enter registration data. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on RAPTOR. Should we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
(ii) Children Between the Ages of 13 and 18.
We recommend that minors over the age of 13 ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet, including RAPTOR.
