Hotel block deadline is October 3, 2025. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking, and a one night’s stay plus tax deposit is due at the time of booking. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 2 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to a one night room and tax cancellation fee.

Booking Your Hotel Room

Book your room early to reserve at a discounted price via the SchoolSAFE hotel block. You’ll be presented the option to book your hotel room at the end of the registration process on the confirmation page.

You can make your hotel reservation later by clicking the “modify my registration” link in your confirmation email and navigating back to the confirmation page or click here and select ‘Already registered’. Enter your email address and the confirmation number from your conference registration email. Click through the form to navigate to the confirmation page, then click to Book Hotel.

Extending Your Stay

Should you desire to extend your stay; you will have an opportunity to book this within your registration. Hotel group rates have been extended 2 days prior to the conference date, based on availability. Conference dates are November 4-6, 2025.

Hotel Room Rates

Raptor Technologies has negotiated a discounted group rate of $205 per night, single/double during the conference. Rates quoted are Single/Double occupancy.

Hotel Check In/Check Out

Check-In is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Rooms are not guaranteed to be ready until 4:00pm however, we do have  priority on rooms and every attempt will be made to accommodate you upon arrival.  On your departure day, if you are departing after check-out, please feel free to check your bags with the bellman until your assigned departure time.

Additionally, any reservations that arrive after the scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no-show” and a charge of one (1) night guestroom plus tax cancellation fee will be posted to the individual’s credit card on file.

All rooms are non-smoking.

Arrival in Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL).
