Why Schools Across the Country are Upgrading to Tablet Workflows

With faster check-ins and digital verification, your schools can deliver a smoother visitor experience without sacrificing security.

Run VisitorSafe across Macs, PCs, iPads, and Android tablets. Your campuses can deploy check-in stations wherever they are needed.

Regular visitors such as volunteers and contractors can create a Raptor Safe Passport with their Digital ID for fast, secure check-in at participating schools.

Register visitors in advance and send them a QR code for seamless check-in and check-out, helping schools reduce lines and improve arrival flow.

TESTIMONIALS

"Where graduations or promotion ceremonies tend to be more during the day, we're encouraging our front office to prepare a couple weeks in advance of who's coming, and using the tools available in Raptor, like the batch print tool and EventSafe. They find it to be a game changer when they do, because just knowing in advance who's coming releases the pressure on the front office that day."

“Having a good plan is critical, but using the new tablet visitor workflow combined with Raptor EventSafe helps avoid any potential frustration for visitors, especially during large events. It also ensures accountability for who is on campus, while reducing the number of staff needed to manage check-in.”

We needed a process that could get people in quickly, but still safely, because you never want to sacrifice safety just to move a line faster. That’s what made EventSafe stand out to us.”
