Schools can manage various items including class dues, technology fees, performing arts, field trips, camps, concession stands, fundraising activities, and other educational fees.

With PayK12’s Virtual Point-of-Sale (POS), schools can accept in-person payments for credit cards or cash from anywhere with a data-enabled device (laptop, iPad, Chromebook, etc). This expands payment consolidation to outlets like concession stands, bookstores, merch tables, and much more.

A card reader can be purchased from the Raptor Store (shop.raptortech.com). You can connect the reader to an iPad, desktop, or laptop.

Yes. You can add up to three GL or accounting codes to any item on PayK12. These codes are displayed in reports which can be exported and uploaded to your finance or accounting system.

Yes. PayK12 provides a report for every item that has a form attached to it. This report can be exported as a CSV/Excel file.

The processing fee for this exclusive offer is 2.95% + $1.30 per transaction. Our integrated payment gateway cost is 2.95% + $0.30 and Raptor collects the remaining dollar. The orientation of the fee is passed to the purchaser, so the school processes their payments at no cost.

Once the above sign-up form is submitted, our team will create your school’s account in PayK12 within 3-5 business days and invite you to the platform. At that time, we will send you the form required to complete the setup of your processing account in PayK12. If this is received quickly, your school could be ready to process payments within 7-10 business days.
