Regional Sales Manager

Raptor Technologies is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and results-driven individual who will drive Raptor’s sales to schools districts in their respective  Region. The RSM is an outside sales position focusing on district-level sales. Raptor’s Account Management team will handle all renewal and client management post-sale. The RSM will work remotely and travel to Raptor headquarters in Houston approximately once per quarter as well as for trade shows and client visits.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act on behalf of Raptor Technologies as the primary interface for district client sales.
  • Understand clients’ needs, goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.
  • Operationalize annual plans.
  • Be proactive to meet goals and objectives.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the territory.
  • Work with inside sales to develop a team approach to closing all deals.
  • Develop sales campaigns in coordination with management.
  • Keep apprised of legal, social, and economic conditions that may affect operations. 


  • 4+ years of experience selling software solutions in a field-based role.
  • Experience selling to the K-12 market at the district level is a strong preference.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills


In addition to a competitive employee benefits package, the RSM will be compensated with a base salary and an un-capped commission plan.
