Your support person, Brian, was just GREAT! ...I am VERY happy that your company has their tech support staff so well trained and in the USA. AND, it was fast and I got connected with him almost immediately: only a one minute wait time, which is unheard of in our respective industries.

Your support answered the call almost immediately. Vu knew the answer to my issue and remotely uninstalled the older version and installed the new version without much help from me. GREAT! Very quick in response to help with technical issues. Help right over the phone and are very friendly and go through step by step to where I can understand. They take their time to answer all questions. Give helpful hints on what to do next time the same issue happens. Very courteous!!!
