Excellent Tech Support and awesome customer service. My call was taken by Julia. She was very patient and very knowledgeable. She also gave me some advice and recommendations so that the issue would NOT persist. Clearly went above and beyond to keep the customer satisfied. Clearly an asset to your company. Very quick in response to help with technical issues. Help right over the phone and are very friendly and go through step by step to where I can understand. They take their time to answer all questions. Give helpful hints on what to do next time the same issue happens. Very courteous!!!
